The Holy Spirit Produces A Changed Life, Not The Sinner

Galatians 5:22-25, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

There has been a long time controversy over the biblical meaning of repentance. But dear reader, there is no debate if you simply take the Bible at face value. The Greek noun metanoia just means “a change of mind.” The verb form metanoeo means “to think differently.” I am tired of corrupt preachers adding to these definitions. By themselves, these definitions do not provide enough information to know what to change our mind about. So, we need supplemental information, which can only be determined by the particular Scripture text in a passage. It is poor Bible scholarship (and wicked according to Proverbs 30:5-6) to read into the inspired Holy Bible what it does not say.

For example: Their official position at Pensacola Christian College (PCC), which is taught in their Foundation's Class to all newcomers is that: “Repentance is a change of mind resulting in a change of behavior.” Uh, no, that is absolutely NOT what Bible repentance means. The Greek noun “metanoia” doesn't tell us what to change our mind about. So, why is Campus Church at PCC adding to God's Word? PCC are guilty of changing God's Word into a lie, guilty of perverting God's simple plan of salvation.

The plain reason why so many clergy and laymen alike get Bible repentance wrong is because they are looking at this whole thing from a carnal mindset. That is, from the unsaved man's perspective. In the mind of an unsaved man, it makes perfect sense that if you want to go to Heaven, you must turn away from your sinful ways. I mean, after all, it was our sins in the first place that got us into hot water, right? It appeals to the natural man that no one can go to Heaven unless you first commit to living a drastically changed life.

This is why Adam and Eve sewed together fig leaves to cover their nakedness in the Garden of Eden after eating the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. In this 1956 sermon (when Pastor Jack Hyles was only 29 years old), he says that he thinks Eve was the one who sewed the fig leaves together to make clothes. That is interesting.

But the big problem with thinking that you must turn away from your sinning (or be willing to do so) is simply that NO ONE has ever turned from their sinning. NO ONE! You may clean up Mr. Pig with a nice bubble-bath, put some nice smelling perfume on the pig and a bow tie, but he is still a filthy pig and will run for the first nasty mudhole the moment that you release him.

Okay, here is what I want you to learn in this blog, which truth will settle this whole mess. So, don't miss this! It is the indwelling blessed gift of the Holy Spirit who produces a changed life (i.e., the “fruit” of the Spirit in our text verse); and NOT your sincere effort to turn from sin, to reform, to “be willing to turn from sin” (Chick Tracts), to live a changed life, to forsake a lifestyle of sinning, nor anything else to impress God with your filthy rags of self-righteousness!!! I hope you understood what I just wrote.

Let me say it again, it is the indwelling Holy Spirit (who is Jesus Christ living in and through every believer) who produces the “fruit” of the Spirit. Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” So, you see dear friend, it is NOT you who produces a changed life when you get saved, it is Christ in you! This is such an important truth to grasp, so you will fully understand what is wrong with the whole concept of being required to “repent of your sins” (or to turn from your sinful bad habits) to be saved.

I bring up Pensacola Christian College (PCC) often in my writings, not to be mean or attack them, God forbid; but rather, to use their heresy as a canvas against which I can paint THE TRUTH. 1st Corinthians 11:19, “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.” PCC is very wrong on repentance and the Gospel, and by God's grace I am using their false teaching to help others.

PCC is wrong to teach that “Repentance is a change of mind resulting in a change of behavior.” That is carnal heresy! That statement attributes the change in a believer's life to SELF, instead of being produced by the indwelling HOLY SPIRIT. Do you see the difference? I hope you do, because the former is a corrupt plan of salvation, and the latter is the truth of a free grace Gospel.

In God's simple plan of salvation, you come to God as you are as a needy guilty sinner, and you simply accept Christ's sacrifice on the cross as full payment for your sins, believing that He was buried, but then resurrected from the dead three days later. This is the Gospel.

In PCC's corrupt plan of salvation, God will not save you unless you are first willing to forsake your sinful bad habits and self serving ways, to obey His will. According to assistant pastor Timothy Zacharias at Campus Church (which I heard him preach on July 21, 2021 at PCC), you must experience a profound hatred of your sins, and be willing to forsake them to be saved. And then once you've done that, put your trust in Jesus Christ. This is exactly what they teach at PCC and it is of the Devil, a counterfeit plan of salvation.

So, please remember dear reader, it is not YOU who produces the changes in your life after you get saved, it is the indwelling Holy Spirit. All of these incompetent pastors, clergy and missionaries today who foolishly teach that you must “repent of your sins” or “turn from sin with all your heart” to get to Heaven are LIARS! They are incompetent Bible students. They have removed the burden of sin from Christ's shoulders at Calvary's cross, and have instead laid those heavy burdens upon sinner's shoulders to bear the weight of their own sins.

Beware Of The Satanic Lutheran Religion

Galatians 1:6-8, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

Martin Luther (1483-1546) was NOT a born again Christian. The man taught Sacramental Salvation his entire life until his death. There is no evidence that Mr. Luther ever repented of his damnable false teachings to be saved. No one is saved who trusts in sacraments.

So, what do Lutherans believe about Baptism? There’s no better place to go for an answer than Luther’s Small Catechism, which is how Lutherans have been poisoning their children for almost five hundred years. Here’s the heretical quote:

It [baptism] works forgiveness of sins, rescues from death and the devil, and gives eternal salvation to all who believe this, as the words and promises of God declare. (Baptism, Second Part)

BLASPHEMY!!! The repentant thief on the cross was never baptized, yet Jesus promised that they would together be in Paradise that same day (Luke 23:43).

The Apostle Paul said in 1st Corinthians 1:17, “For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.” Paul never would have made such a bold statement if water baptism were mandatory for salvation.

No saint in the Old Testament was water baptized, yet Acts 10:43 teaches that they were all saved by faith in Christ, the same as we are today in the New Testament.

The same Apostle John who penned the Gospel of John under inspiration to show us how to get to Heaven (John 20:31), also penned the Epistle of 1st John to help us know that we are saved (1st John 5:13). Yet, not once does John ever mention water baptism in his epistle. Certainly if water baptism were required and essential to be born again, John would have mentioned it with urgency.

I have given you some solid biblical reasons for rejecting the heresy of Baptismal Regeneration. Martin Luther was a damnable heretic concerning God's simple plan of salvation. Lutherans (who follow the teachings of Martin Luther) are not saved. If you are a Lutheran, kindly said, please leave that deadly personality cult.

Salvation Heresies Of Pastor J. Harold Smith

Galatians 1:6-8, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

Dr. J. Harold Smith (1910–2001) was a dynamic Southern Baptist evangelist and pastor. He was the founder of the 'Radio Bible Hour' in 1935. Here is a short bizarre excerpt from Pastor J. Harold Smith's (1910-2001) sermon, “God's Three Deadlines.” There are numerous Scriptural problems with Dr. Smith's preaching:

1. You don't get saved by “giving your heart to Jesus.” That is simply not the Gospel. The inspired Word of God plainly defines “the gospel” for us in 1st Corinthians 15:1-6, “Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.” In his sermon, Dr. Smith never even mentions Jesus' death, burial and resurrection. I am so sick and tired of these incompetent pastors who leave off the Gospel, embellishing it with a bunch of garbage not found in the Holy Bible. The false prophets in Matthew 7:21-23 gave their heart to Jesus, devoutly following and serving Christ, calling Him: “Lord, Lord,” but Jesus denied knowing them as His redeemed sheep. You may give your heart to Jesus, follow and serve Him, do many wonderful works in Jesus' name, call Him your “Lord,” and yet still die in your sins and go to Hell for eternity to burn in fire (Revelation 14:11). The Devil's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again.
2. Not one verse in the inspired Holy Bible teaches that the Devil comes to get an unsaved sinner at death. It is God who controls Hell, not Satan. There are no demons torturing sinners in Hell. The Devil does not torture anyone in Hell. Some demons are already imprisoned in a special place in Hell (Greek noun: Tartarus), but they do not hurt lost sinners. God punishes the wicked. Jesus told a true story in Luke 16:19-31 about a rich man and a beggar named Lazarus. Jesus never used proper names when telling a parable. The rich man died in his sleep and woke up in Hell. There were no devils.
3. You don't have to give up sinning to be saved. Dr. Smith repeats a story told to him by the pastor who allegedly led him to Christ. Smith says in the story that the wealthy man refused to get saved because he was about to partake in a shady deal for $25,000, and he knew that if he got saved he couldn't do the deal. That is false teaching! Dear reader, you can get saved by God's free grace on Sunday, go to the brothel by sundown, divorce your wife on Monday, rob a bank on Tuesday, murder a man on Wednesday and get drunk on Thursday, but you cannot lose your salvation once you've been born again; and forsaking one's sinful ways is NOT required to receive God's free gift of eternal life. Being willing to forsake your sinful ways is absolutely not a part of God's simple plan of salvation. How could it be, since eternal life is being offered by God to all mankind as a free gift, paid for in full by Jesus' precious blood (1st Peter 1:18-19). Salvation is not a reward for the righteous, it is a gift for the guilty.
4. If this story is true, the dying man was have delusions, because none of it is biblical. Dr. Smith says the man cried out, “Don't let him (the Devil) have me!” Smith says the Devil wrapped chains around his ankles. Smith sounds like that nutcase Bill Wiese and his “21 Minutes In Hell” circus show. What nonsense! As I mentioned, not one verse in the inspired Holy Bible supports this heresy. I cannot find one place in Scripture where Satan came to get someone when they died. We read in 1st Peter 5:8 that Satan roams the earth as a roaring lion to kill, steal and destroy his victims (John 10:10). We read in Isaiah 14:9, “Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.” I did some research concerning this passage. Check out Bible Hub. In our earthly manmade prisons, whenever a new inmate arrives it is the talk of the prisonhouse! I humbly believe the same holds true in Hell. Although there are no parties in Hell, you will burn alive with your wicked unsaved peers if you go there by your own choice. It is clear from the inspired Scripture that eternally condemned sinners in Hell are fully conscious, gnashing their teeth in excruciating regrets (Luke 13:28).
5. Avoid superstitious preachers! I hate when preachers try to scare people with bizarre stories that are obviously fake. I have heard numerous preachers, including my hero of the faith Pastor Jack Hyles, use the fake story of drillers in Soviet Russia who dropped a microphone down the Kola Superdeep Borehole in the Pechengsky District and allegedly heard victims screaming in Hell. If that were true, why didn't the microphone burn up? There is a fine line between faith and foolishness. Dr. Smith's strange story of a man screaming for the Devil not to take him on his death bed, while having his hair ripped out on the headboard of his bed from struggling against Satan, is simply not biblical. As a born-again believer, and a fundamentalist Baptist preacher, I don't believe in using bizarre stories to scare people to come to Jesus Christ. The biblical truth of an everlasting burning Hell for all Christ-rejecters is horrifying enough!

Pastor J. Harold Smith was a well known Southern Baptist preacher whose ministry spanned over half a century. At best he was sloppy with God's simple plan of salvation, at worst he was a damnable false prophet. For example: In his sermon titled, Simply Salvation, Dr. Smith preaches the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation...

“You just say: 'Jesus, this preacher says that you'll have mercy upon me tonight. Have mercy on me Lord. Forgive me of my sins. I'll trust you. I'll open the door of my heart that's been closed to you for all these years. And right now, I'll open the door. I'll let Jesus Christ come in, and the best I know how I'll live for you the rest of my life.'” —Evangelist J. Harold Smith (1910-2001), 'Simply Salvation' (hear MP3 excerpt)

Tragically, this is the kind of theological dung that is being preached in 99% of churches today! Sadly, Dr. Smith never even mentions the Gospel. Warning Will Robinson!!! Danger! Danger! There's nothing in the Bible about doing your best to live for Christ the rest of your earthly life. THAT IS WORKS! Avoid Pastor J. Harold Smith! If a man is wrong on God's simple plan of salvation, you simply cannot trust his theology. It's like buttoning a dress shirt, if you get the first button wrong then all the other buttons will also be wrong.

Dr. Don Boyd (1947-2009) thankfully gets Bible repentance right. Don Boyd was the faithful principal of Hammond Baptist High School for the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, from 1991 until 2008. I heard him preach at Hyles-Anderson College when I was a student (1985-1993). Don was blind in one eye. He wore a patch to cover his glass eye. There is nothing in the inspired King James Bible about repenting of your sins to get to Heaven. Yet, 99% of churches today (including all the pseudo-Christian cults like Mormon, Jehovah's Witness, Seventh-Day Adventism and Roman Catholic) get repentance WRONG! Those false religions all teach that repentance means to turn away from your sinning to get to Heaven. Whereas the inspired Word of God teaches that repentance is a change of mind from unbelief to faith in Jesus Christ.

We can only judge a man's theology based upon what he actually says, not what he might hopefully believe. As far as I can tell, Dr. Smith is wrong on the Gospel. I've listened to his sermons and he is wrong on how to be saved. You don't have to “give your heart to Jesus” to be saved. No such teaching is found in the inspired Holy Bible. It is so important that we do not stray away from the simplicity that is in Christ, which is the Gospel of free grace (Romans 1:16). The Gospel is threefold:

1. Jesus DIED on a cross for our sins.
2. Jesus was BURIED.
3. Jesus physically RESURRECTED from the dead three days later.

So, what's this garbage talk from Harold Smith about “I'll let Jesus Christ come in and the best I know how I'll live for you the rest of my life” nonsense? I triple-dog dare you to show me that heresy in the inspired Scripture!!! I humbly think Pastor Harry Ironside (1876-1951) said it very well...

“The Gospel is not a call to repentance, or to amendment of our ways, to make restitution for past sins, or to promise to do better in the future. These things are proper in their place, but they do not constitute the Gospel; for the Gospel is not good advice to be obeyed, it is good news to be believed. Do not make the mistake then of thinking that the Gospel is a call to duty or a call to reformation, a call to better your condition, to behave yourself in a more perfect way than you have been doing in the past …Nor is the Gospel a demand that you give up the world, that you give up your sins, that you break off bad habits, and try to cultivate good ones. You may do all these things, and yet never believe the Gospel and consequently never be saved at all.”

Dear reader, we need a revival in our Bible colleges, missions and churches of presenting the Gospel as clear, unadulterated and simple as possible. I love what Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold said...

Amen and amen! Do you know how to present the Gospel clearly and accurately?

Dear friend, preachers everywhere over the past few centuries have been careless in how they handle the inspired Word of Truth. I hear fools like Ray Comfort and John MacArthur (1939-2025) touting the doctrinal soundness of the old-time preachers from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, but the truth is that in every generation there have been true and false prophets. The so-called “doctrinally sound preachers” that heretics' Ray Comfort and John MacArthur endorse were the damnable false teachers of their generation.

Even in the New Testament the inspired writer of 1st John 2:18 said, “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.” False prophets have always existed. Please “Search the scripture” as Jesus commanded in John 5:39, so that you won't be woefully deceived and end up in Hell with those lying preachers (Matthew 7:13-15; Luke 13:23-24). Remember, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions (Proverbs 16:25).

RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!

Damnable False Prophet, Pastor A.W. Tozer

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Aiden Wilson Tozer (1897–1963) was a long-time pastor on Chicago's southside at the Southside Alliance Church from 1928 to 1959. Tragically, Pastor Tozer was a damnable FALSE PROPHET who emphasized that spiritual regeneration requires moral reformation, meaning that true change in one's life and intentions must occur before one can experience the new birth. Tozer foolishly argued against the inspired Scripture that the idea of being pardoned without a commitment to change contradicts biblical teachings. In reality, it was Aiden Tozer who contradicted the Word of God. Right doctrine matters!!!

Here are the accursed words of a darn fool, an unlearned man who interpreted the Holy Scriptures from his own flawed human reasoning, mixing works with grace...

No Regeneration Without Reformation
In the Bible the offer of pardon on the part of God is conditioned upon intention to reform on the part of man. There can be no spiritual regeneration till there has been a moral Reformation. That this statement requires defense only proves how far from the truth we have strayed.

In our current popular theology pardon depends upon faith alone. The very word reform has been banished from among the sons of the Reformation! We often hear the declaration, ” I do not preach Reformation; I preach regeneration.” Now we recognize this as being the expression of a commendable revolt against the insipid and unscriptural doctrine of salvation by human effort. But the declaration as it stands contains real error, for it opposes Reformation to regeneration. 

Actually the two are never opposed to each other in sound Bible theology. The not – Reformation – but – regeneration doctrine incorrectly presents us with an either – or; either you take Reformation or you take regeneration. This is inaccurate. The fact is that on this subject we are presented not with an either - or, but with a both - and. The converted man is both reformed and regenerated. And unless the sinner is willing to reform his way of living he will never know the inward experience of regeneration. This is the vital truth which has gotten lost under the leaves in popular evangelical theology.

The idea that God will pardon a rebel who has not given up his rebellion is contrary to the Scriptures and to common sense. How horrible to contemplate a church full of persons who have been pardoned but who still love sin and hate the ways of righteousness. And how much more horrible to think of heaven as filled with sinners who had not repented nor changed their way of living. [emphasis added] —Pastor Aiden Tozer, “The Root Of The Righteous” (1955)

BLASPHEMY! The old adage is very true: To the man with a hammer in his hand, everything starts looking like a nail sticking up. And to Pastor Aiden Tozer who hated sin so much that it corrupted his theology, somewhere along the way he lost his way concerning the Gospel of free grace, which is without works. Galatians 2:21, “I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.” By wickedly requiring reformation (behavior modification) as a prerequisite for regeneration (being born again), Aiden Tozer frustrates the grace of God.

The Greek word for “frustrate” in Galatians 2:21 is atheteo, which means: “to set aside, that is, (by implication) to disesteem, neutralize or violate.” When any corrupt preacher confuses service with salvation, he neutralizes the Gospel. He has unintentionally set aside the truth of the Gospel, so that lost sinners cannot be saved. The Devil is not fighting religion. He is too smart for that. Satan has produced a counterfeit Christianity today, so much like the real one, that true Christians are either too inept or too afraid to speak out against it.

Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being born again, a term that is rarely heard from church pulpits anymore. The last thing in the world that the Devil wants is for anyone to be born again. He wants you to spend eternity with him burning in the Lake of Fire forever, which is where all Christ-rejecters will spend eternity. No one ever went to Hell except those who chose to go there by rejecting God's free offer of salvation through faith alone in His only begotten Son, apart from all human effort.

John 3:20, 21 And Repentance

The dear LORD Himself said in John 3:20-21, “For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” Lost people who love sinning won't come to the Savior, lest their sin be reproved (spoken evil against). This is why Jesus said in John 5:40, “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” Jesus did not say “ye cannot come,” He said “ye will not come.”

So, regarding people who intend to continue sinning getting saved, the problem takes care of itself. Jesus said those who love their sins won't get saved. But perverting the Gospel by tampering with it, adding an unbiblical requirement to turn from your sinning is wrong and evil. Being willing to turn from your sins is not a part of God's simple plan of salvation, and you cannot disprove me with the inspired King James Bible.

Anyone who comes to God by faith as an admitted guilty sinner (Romans 3:19-20), believing that Christ died for their sins on Calvary's cross 2,000 years ago, and was buried, and then resurrected three days later, is saved. This is THE GOSPEL which has the power to save those who believe it (1st Corinthians 15:1-6; Romans 1:16). You do not have to be willing to give up your sinning to be saved, you simply need to come to Christ as a needy sinner. It is not my job nor yours to judge sinners, to interrogate them to see if they are willing to stop sinning. To do so is a perversion of God's grace. If someone wants to be saved, that is good enough.

I have never met anybody who rejoiced that they could continue sinning and still go to Heaven. The whole terrible idea of telling someone that God won't save them unless they are willing to “repent of their sins” is very unscriptural. If someone desires to be saved, regardless of what you may foolishly think or perceive, they CAN be saved just as they are.

Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bidst me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come. SOURCE

Furthermore, John 3:21 doesn't say “he that turns from his sins” cometh to the light; but rather, it says “he that doeth truth” cometh to the light, to be saved. Jesus said that! 2nd Timothy 2:25, “In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth.” Bible repentance regarding salvation is a matter of changing your mind to acknowledge THE TRUTH that you are a guilty SINNER, and Jesus is the only SAVIOR. In the simplest essence this is what the Holy Bible is—Old and New Testaments; or, respectively, Law and Christ. The Old Testament shows humanity our sinnership (Romans 3:19-20); and then brings us to Christ in the New Testament to be saved by grace through faith in Jesus (Galatians 3:24-26).

Pastor Aiden Tozer's Damnable Counterfeit Gospel

Tragically, Pastor Aiden Tozer undoubtedly is in Hell this moment, regretting his misunderstanding of the Scripture. I do not see how anyone could go to Heaven who is so wrong on God's simple plan of salvation, that they think your must first be willing to forsake a lifestyle of sinning and reform your behavior to please a holy God.

Folks, that is pure works, not grace! Jesus died for your sins on Calvary's cross 2,000 years ago, paying a debt so massive that neither you nor I could pay for it. If God were to require us to pay for our own sins, we'd have to burn in hell forever and ever and ever without hope, without rest day or night, suffering in misery and pain and loneliness, gnashing our teeth with regrets in knowing that FOR FREE we could have enjoyed the blessings and splendor of Heaven for all eternity with joy. The choice is yours alone to make.

I was thinking recently about the sad final fate of AC/DC's original band members, all of whom have rejected Jesus as the Christ. Some fans literally consider AC/DC their religion. The band openly mocks the reality of Hell with such wicked songs as, “Highway To Hell,” spitting in God's face. Woe unto Angus Young, Phil Rudd, Cliff Williams and Brian Johnson when they join Bon Scott and Malcolm Young in the everlasting fires of Hell, the horrifying place that they've made billions of dollars mocking for filthy lucre and entertainment. Woe unto the wicked! Their time is running out quickly on earth (Hebrews 4:13, 9:27; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

Pastor Aiden Tozer was sincere, no doubt (Proverbs 16:25); but so was Judas Iscariot who reformed his life after throwing Jesus under the bus. Judas repented of his sins (Matthew 27:3). Judas was truly sorry for betraying an innocent man to death, Jesus. Judas frantically returned the 30 pieces of silver, but the wicked Pharisees rejected the money (Matthew 27:3-5). It was highly hypocritical of the same ungodly Pharisees who wickedly paid Judas the 30 pieces of silver in the first place to betray Jesus, to now after the fact (in their self righteousness) refuse to take back their own money, hypocritically calling it “blood money.” It sure was blood money, and the Pharisee's hands were covered with it!

Please dear reader, “search the Scriptures” as Jesus commanded in John 5:29, and please do not listen to some idiot unlearned preacher who has no idea what he is talking about. Aiden Tozer has it all backwards. He says there can be no regeneration without reformation, but the exact opposite is biblical and true. There can be no reformation (a change of behavior) without regeneration (the new birth). What Pastor Tozer and so many neo-evangelical fools like him fail to understand is that it is God's Holy Spirit who changes a man, that is, the “fruit” of the indwelling Holy Spirit; and not we ourselves (Galatians 5:22-25).

Mr. Tozer errantly requires that a lost sinner reform them self of sinful behavior first (in their own weak human strength), before God will be willing to pardon their iniquities to save them. Tozer has it all backwards. God saves a man, and then the Holy Spirit begins to change him. That being said, the world is full of carnal Christians who live open lives of sin and debauchery. The Gospel of free grace (aka, “easy believism”) is not the problem. The problem is today's lazy, ungodly and incompetent pastors who refuse to preach the truth, refuse to contend for the faith, refuse to cry aloud against sin, refuse to unconditionally love people, and refuse to obey God in other matters as well. Today's churches and Bible colleges are pathetic!

Matthew 7:15, “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

Bob Jones University's Deceptive Contradictory Beliefs

Galatians 1:6-8, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

Colossians 2:8, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

Tragically, for the longest time now Bob Jones University (BJU) in Greenville, South Carolina, has been spoiled (corrupted) by the TRADITIONS OF MEN (cf., Mark 7:9). Lordship Salvation is a manmade concept which goes wholly contrary to the free grace Gospel taught in the inspired Holy Bible (1st Corinthians 15:1-6).

The following two statements of BJU's beliefs horribly contradict one another. Here is the first:

Salvation is by faith alone—not by works, but by trusting in the finished work of Jesus. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

That is a clear cut bold statement which plainly declares that salvation is by faith alone apart from all human effort. And yet, now read what BJU hypocritically posts on another webpage:

With regard to the doctrine of Soteriology:

We believe Scripture teaches that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone (Eph. 2:4–10; Rom. 3:21–26; Titus 3:5) and apart from any human work of righteousness (Phil. 3:9). God offers this salvation freely to all men who are willing to repent and turn from their sins (Acts 3:19, 17:30) and place their full faith and trust in the atonement Christ made by His finished work on the Cross (Luke 24:46–48, Heb. 9:11–15, 10:10–14) [emphasis added]. What saith the Scripture? Jonah 3:10, “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.” The Bible plainly calls turning from one's sins, WORKS! The Ninevites didn't get saved, they just reformed their ways to dissuade the judgment of God upon their city. The next generations to follow went back to their evil ways, for which God sent the prophet Nahum to pronounce judgment upon Assyria, and it was so at the hands of the Babylonians.

Dear reader, nowhere does the inspired King James Bible teach that you must “repent of your sins” to get to Heaven. It is a manmade tradition that spoils (corrupts) the Word of God. In Acts 16:29-31, a trembling Philippian jailer in Rome asks Paul and Silas how to be saved. Their answer is simply to, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.” There is no mention of repenting of the man's sins!

In Acts chapter 10 we read the curious true story of Cornelius, an Italian general (centurion) over 100 soldiers. Cornelius was a good man the Bible says, who feared God, gave alms to the poor, fasted and prayed. But he wasn't saved. You see, no amount of goodness can get a sinner to Heaven! You must be born again by faith alone in what Jesus did for you through Calvary's cross.

By divine appointment, God arranged for Cornelius and his friends to hear the Apostle Peter preach the Gospel, and he did just that. The Bible says that when they simply heard the GOOD NEWS of Jesus' who was crucified, buried and risen the third day, they BELIEVED IT and were instantly and forever saved (indwelt with the Holy Spirit in Acts 10:44).

Read the passage carefully and you cannot find any mention of Peter telling the group to repent or turn away from their sins. In fact, Peter doesn't tell them to do anything, he just preached The Greatest Story Ever Told and they BELIEVED what they heard and were saved (Galatians 3:2; Hebrews 4:2).

So, where in the world does BJU, Pensacola Christian College (PCC), Pacific Garden Mission and their 'UNSHACKED' radio program, and over 90% of corrupt Baptist churches today get the heretical idea that you must “repent of your sins” to be saved? They sure didn't get it from the inspired Holy Bible! RUN from these ungodly places!!!

The Word of God is very clear in Romans 11:6, “And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.” Like PCC and other infidels today, Bob Jones University wickedly talks out of both sides of their mouth. In one breath they say that salvation is by faith alone without any works. But then in the next breath they say that you must turn away from your sinning to be saved. It simply cannot be both ways. Will the real Bob Jones University please stand up?

The reason why you read such blatantly contradictory statements from religious institutions today is because they are caught-up in the middle of a millenniums old battle over God's plan of salvation versus manmade tradition. Since there are two strongly opposed sides—the free grace easy-believism camp versus the Lordship Salvation hard-repenters camp—shameful incompetent Bible colleges like PCC and BJU sinfully choose to straddle the fence. But as Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) rightly said, the only thing you find by driving in the middle of the road is dead skunks!

I just wrote a blog exposing Chick Tracts for the same ungodly hypocrisy. Folks, either you must turn from your sinning and surrender to Jesus as “Lord” to be saved, or you do not, but it simply cannot be both! I am sick and tired of the deliberate confusing double-talk and contradictory statements of belief from FALSE PROPHETS. God is NOT the author of confusion (1st Corinthians 14:33). The inspired Word of God already gives us a plain definition of THE GOSPEL in 1st Corinthians 15:1-6. Why are evil men changing it?

Why Does “Chick Tracts” Have More Than One Plan Of Salvation?

On their popular Chick.com ministry website, their official Statement of Faith reads:

Salvation is the gift of God and includes the forgiveness of sins, the imputation of the righteousness of Jesus Christ, the gift of eternal life, and adoption as children of the heavenly Father. Union with the triune God provides all blessings in this life and the life hereafter. The gift of salvation is received by faith alone, apart from all good works and merit. SOURCE

Now here is a different plan of salvation presented on the back page of every Chick Tract...

Whoa-Horsie! Something is very wrong here! Way wrong! The plan of salvation on their Chick.com website says we are saved by FAITH ALONE; but the plan of salvation presented in well over one billion Chick Tracts says you must BE WILLING TO TURN FROM SIN, INVITE JESUS INTO YOUR HEART and PRAY A PRAYER. That is very different than salvation by faith alone. I hope you see this utter hypocrisy folks!

There is only one of two possible logical conclusions why they are doing this which is either:

1. The people who presently run the Chick Track organization do NOT agree with the perverse theology of its founder Jack Chick (1924-2016), but are concerned about the public backlash if they change their published plan of salvation 65 years later.
2. They are deceitfully playing both sides of the fence to appease everyone, and don't really believe any of it; they're just in it for the money.

You decide dear reader, but you cannot glibly walk away after reading this disturbing contradiction and honestly say that there is no problem. What saith the Scripture? ...

Galatians 3:1-3, “O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?”

You get saved dear reader by 'THE HEARING OF FAITH,' not by doing the works of the law (aka, turning from your sinning). SHAME on Jack Chick and his accomplices for perverting the inspired Word of God, for perverting the Gospel of free grace! RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!

Pensacola Christian College has the same incompetence problem today, presenting four different plans of salvation to confuse their students and the local community. Why do they have four different plans of salvation? Why are they so carless and reckless with the Gospel? Whereas the Apostle Paul plainly defines “the gospel” in 1st Corinthians 15:1-6, and warns us that there are no other gospels, corrupt organizations like PCC and Chick.com are preaching MULTIPLE contradictory plans of salvation. Woe unto them all when they answer to God!

I was banned by PCC's leaders in 2022 from ever attending their church again, because I faithfully took a stand against their corruption, lies and heresy. I can truthfully say with all biblical authority and propriety—GOD DAMN PENSACOLA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE TO HELL!

Sadly, I can say the same thing about Chick.com and their toxic Chick Tracts that poison lost sinner's minds with a counterfeit plan of salvation. The fact that Chick Tracks do get read as eye-candy makes them all that much more theologically dangerous.

You'd be shocked dear reader, if you knew how many lost sinners didn't get saved simply because they weren't willing to give up some sinful bad habit(s) in their life. Folks, that is NOT the Gospel taught in the inspired King James Bible. Christ went to the cross of Calvary to pay for your sins and mine. God doesn't demand that you first be willing to reform your life of sin, to clean yourself up, before He will give you His free gift of eternal life through faith alone in Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9). PCC and Chick Tracks have it WRONG!!!

If you care dear friend, then please help me warn others about these corrupt institutions. ...

Titus 1:10, “For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.”

Please take notice especially of that last phrase, “commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” Lordship Salvation is a commandment of men. That is, it is a manmade doctrine and not biblical truth. Repenting of your sins to get to Heaven is a manmade commandment of men that is not found in the verbally inspired Word of God. Neither is praying a sinner's prayer, inviting Jesus into your heart, becoming a Christ follower, getting water baptized or surrendering to Jesus as “Lord” of one's life required to be saved. You may do all of these things and yet never have been born again, without which you cannot enter into God's Kingdom (John 3:1-7).

Please BEWARE of Chick Tracts. RUN from them as fast as you can, because they might send you to Hell forever. Thank you friend for reading my ministry blog. Jesus is precious!!!

Pastor John MacArthur Is Sadly Ready To Die

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Acts 15:1. “And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.”

Pastor John F. MacArthur is very sick in a hospital with pneumonia and is not expected to live much longer. Sadly, he will split Hell wide open soon due to his counterfeit plan of salvation. Our text Bible passage from Galatians 1:6-9 plainly warns that there is only one Gospel, not two.

The garbage that Dr. MacArthur preaches is so messed up that even the unsaved Mormon cult made his book, "Faith Works," required reading at Brigham Young University in Utah. If that infidel John MacArthur is saved, then God is a liar, because MacArthur errantly teaches that salvation is an exchange, a trade of sorts, which cannot be a free gift. There can be no strings attached for a gift to truly be free.

The Lord has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, and neither do I. I wish that Mr. MacArthur would repent of his wrong repentance to be saved, but it is almost guaranteed that he will die in his sins and spend eternity in Hell. As difficult as that many be for some people to accept, the fact remains that the plan of salvation that John MacArthur preaches DOESN'T match the plan of salvation taught in the inspired Word of God.

Why Shameful Baptists Don't Like Me

Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?”

I live a sad life as a fundamentalist Baptist preacher who cares. Ironically, my sadness is caused by being shunned, despised and persecuted by professed Christians, particularly Baptists. They don't like my website ministry, which precedes me everywhere I go. I have never mentioned my website ministry to any pastors in the handful of churches that I have attended over the past 15 years. But I didn't have to, they already knew about my ministry. Unfortunately, they were displeased with my zeal to contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). My worst enemies are not witches, homosexuals and abortionists; but rather, pastors and Bible colleges. Go figure!

You see dear reader, 99% of pastors and church staff these days are merely collecting paychecks. They are not sincere in serving God (Romans 16:17-18). One of the worst religious institutions today is Pensacola Christian College (PCC). The shameful neo-evangelical school took in $172,551,208 in 2023. Yet, PCC is wrong on the Gospel. PCC refuses to contend for the Christian faith. It is tragic that thousands of Baptist churches are being castrated spiritually by the shallow influence of PCC, Bob Jones University (BJU) and other ungodly religious institutions. I have attended a few PCC affiliated churches in the city of Pensacola, all of which are spiritually corrupt or dead (e.g., Smyrna Baptist Church, Fairfield Drive Baptist Church, Family Baptist Church, et cetera).

PCC's shallow form of godliness without the power thereof is toxic! PCC errantly teaches that to get to Heaven, you must be willing to forsake sinful bad habits (which is works). Like wicked Hollywood, PCC falls all over themselves with self-praise, self-glorification and self-honor. I wouldn't enroll a dog into PCC! We need a whole new breed of Christians and preachers in America, which you WON'T find at the cesspool of iniquity at PCC.

When I attended the spiritually rotten Harvest Baptist Church on Guam in 2014, I was shunned, ridiculed, ostracized and thrown under the bus by their wicked pastors, mainly their corrupt senior pastor Marty Herron. I saw that the church was a vile haven for the Devil's deadly deceptions of Lordship Salvation, Misunderstood Repentance and False Bibles. I heard Pastor Herron horribly tell a few hundred people one Sunday morning in his sermon invitation, that in order to get to Heaven it wasn't enough to admit they were sinners, they also needed to forsake a lifestyle of sinning. I cringed in my pew. I went home and cried in grief, knowing that Pastor Herron is preaching a perverted plan of salvation which cannot produce the second birth. Woe unto any ungodly pastor who distorts God's simple plan of salvation!

In the years to follow I was wickedly banned by Pastor Herron from attending their church, even though I had lost my church family and missed my friends. I was not welcomed because I TOLD THE TRUTH. There has hardly been a day since that has gone by, when I haven't earnestly prayed for God to avenge me of that wicked devil Marty Herron. Hell will be his eternal damnation for preaching a counterfeit plan o salvation.

From 2014 to 2021 (when I finally moved away from Guam to Florida), I was shunned in the local community on Guam by members of Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. If you've never lived in a small town or a small island, you cannot possibly understand the inexplicable emotional trauma that I suffered because of Marty Herron, who has my blood on his wicked hands.

To make matters worse, when I moved to Pensacola I chose to attend Campus Church at PCC. I didn't realize then, that PCC and Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are closely connected. Harvest broadcasts PCC's toxic Lordship Salvation sermons on their KHMG 88.1 FM radio station. PCC has much blood on their hands for perverting the Gospel, and for wickedly bidding Godspeed to the infidels at BJU and Harvest. They are all GUILTY!!! They are all FALSE PROPHETS!!! Dear reader, RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

The demonic religious organizations that I have exposed in this blog couldn't care less. They are hardened false prophets, embellishing and changing God's simple plan of salvation. In 2022 PCC invited to speak and honored infidel Ken Ham, wickedly bidding him Godspeed (2nd John 1:11). Ken Ham and Answers-In-Genesis preach another gospel. Birds of a feather flock together! Harvest, PCC, BJU and Ken Ham are all buddies! BJU are friends with John MacArthur, who is one of their alumnus. The Gospel of free grace is under attack today like never before, but hardly anyone cares. Well, I care and have lost everything for my stand.

I had met a woman at Harvest Baptist Church who liked me, and I liked her. I know as sure as I am saved that we would have been married, but her God damned pastor Marty Herron refused to allow me to court her at church, punishing me for TELLING THE TRUTH. Since Marty was her boss, and she was the religious school's nurse, it wasn't hard for Pastor Herron to coerce her to get rid of me, and she cruelly did. She will also answer to God in eternity for siding with Satanic false prophets! Harvest Baptist Church is a cult, serving the Devil. NO ONE is born again who is trying to turn from their sins to get to Heaven.

I have met with sadness, misfortunate, loss and failed relationships again and again over the past 20 years, simply because I TOLD THE TRUTH and wicked compromiser corrupted the truth. Ladies and gentlemen, a FALSE GOSPEL is being preached from nearly every pulpit today in the world. A CORRUPT PLAN OF SALVATION is being propagated in nearly every religious school, book, magazine, YouTube video and film. Satan has infiltrated the churches with another gospel of partial faith in Christ PLUS works. Even once so-called "Independent Fundamentalist Baptist Churches" today have become corrupted with the fallacies of Lordship Salvation and Misunderstood Repentance.

The Bible teaches that it is better to obey God than man, which is what I have done, and I have paid the price for it. I have suffered loneliness all these many years at the cruel hands of wicked neo-evangelical pastors and their ungodly indoctrinated followers, all still hellbound in their sins. I sincerely tried to help them by befriending them with THE TRUTH, but they wilfully and wickedly ejected that truth (Hosea 4:6).

Galatians 6:7 warns that they WILL reap the many evils which they have sown. Neo-evangelicals are servants of the Kingdom of Darkness! They use, sell and promote counterfeit Bible revisions which change the inspired truth of God into a lie (Romans 1:25). I cannot warn you enough dear friend to RUN from PCC, BJU, Answers-In-Genesis, Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, John MacArthur, Ray Comfort and anybody who associates with these evildoers and imposters (2nd Corinthians 11:13-15). Satan is a beautiful liar!

Jesus Himself came preaching the truth and they called him a devil (John 7:20), a deceiver (Matthew 27:63), crazy (Mark 3:21) and a fornicator (John 8:41). If wicked religious people did that to the sinless only begotten Son of God, Jesus said they would also persecute us (John 15:19). The servant is not greater than his master. Like my blessed Savior, I know the loneliness of rejection. Isaiah 53:3, “He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” But I never thought it would be Baptists who would despise and reject me for TELLING THEM THE TRUTH.

I told them all THE TRUTH that:

1. Lordship Salvation is a lie of the Devil, which is a perversion of God's grace
2. Misunderstood Repentance is a lie of the Devil. Repentance does NOT mean to turn from your sins. Even God repented in Jonah 3:10. We know that God is incapable of sinning. Bible repentance simply means to change your mind. The sinful man who changes his mind from unbelief to believe the Gospel is saved (1st Corinthians 15:1-4).
3. False Bibles are of Satan. Corrupt bibles produce corrupt doctrines.
4. Martin Luther (1483-1546) was NOT a born again Christian. Mr. Luther taught the demonic heresies of Baptismal Regeneration and Sacramental Salvation all his life, which are works-based perversions of the Gospel.

For being a true friend and warning Harvest's and PCC's Campus Church pastors about these dangerous evils, I was horribly shunned and banned from attending their cults. To no surprise, the pastors of Harvest and PCC's Campus Church get paid outrageous 6-digit salaries. They are in serious big trouble with God almighty. My faithful stand and Bible preaching WILL BE AVENGED in eternity. The tables will someday be turned. They will lose their wives, their houses, their money, and their pompous arrogance and stiffnecked pride. God will greatly reward me in Heaven for humbly siding with THE TRUTH. I was willing to lose everything for the truth of Christ, and I did lose everything; while in sharp contrast, Jeff Redlin, Marty Herron, Steve Pettit and other religious bastards only cared about their 6-digit paychecks.

PCC, BJU and Harvest DO NOT contend for the faith. They are money-making cults! By God's grace alone, I have never made a single penny in 23 years of faithful website ministry service, in which I have invested well over 50,000 hours, working night and day for Jesus. PCC and BJU only care about filthy lucre. The cult system always comes first, but individual people do not matter. I am living proof of this sad fact. I was thrown under the bus at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, a repository of BJU graduates. I was thrown under the bus at PCC, a hellhole of religious hatred, worldly bigotry and ungodly snobbery. RUN from these places!

When asked the all-important question in Acts 16:30, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”; the plain and simple answer that Paul and Silas gave was, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” Paul and Silas did not tell the Philippian jailor to “turn from your wicked ways and begin to follow Christ.” Ken Ham and Answers-In-Genesis are guilty of perverting God's simple plan of salvation. They have added to God's inspired Words (Proverbs 30:5-6). Woe be unto Ken Ham and his corrupt followers. Woe be unto Pensacola Christian College for inviting, honoring, promoting and teaching Ken Ham's lies!

Beware Of Ray Comfort's False Gospel

Sadly, this man is honored and accepted in many Baptist churches and Bible colleges today, but he should be avoided and banned as a hellbound infidel. On page 1197 of "THE EVIDENCE BIBLE," Ray Comfort comments on Matthew 7:22-23...

"These are perhaps the most frightening verses in the Bible. Vast multitudes of professing Christians fit into the category spoken of here. They call Jesus 'Lord,' but they practice lawlessness. They profess faith in Jesus, but have no regard for the divine law. They tell 'fibs' or 'white' lies, take things that belong to others, have a roaming eye for the opposite sex, etc. They are liars, thieves, and adulterers at heart, who will be cast from the gates of heaven into the jaws of hell."

Dear reader, Ray Comfort is preaching the Devil's lie of LORDSHIP SALVATION! If what Ray teaches is true, then everyone is going straight to Hell when we die, because everyone still commits sin. If having a “roaming eye for the opposite sex” means that someone is unsaved, then most people are going to spend eternity burning in the Lake of Fire. What Ray is doing is foolishly combining sanctification with justification, and in so doing he corrupts the inspired Word of God and casts stumbling blocks before the people.

Read what Pilgrim's Progress author John Bunyan (1628-1688) wisely wrote:

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —Evangelist John Bunyan

Ray Comfort is heretically saying that if you're still living in sin, you're not saved. Kindly said, Ray is a theological LIAR! Friend, EVERYBODY lives in sin, I don't care who you are! The ONLY thing that makes a Christian believer any more righteous in GOD'S SIGHT than convicted serial murderer John Wayne Gacy (1942-1994) is the precious blood of Jesus Christ that washed all our sins away (James 2:10; 1st Peter 1:18-19; 1st Corinthians 6:9-11). Apart from the sin-cleansing blood of the slain Lamb of God, you and I are no more righteous than Adolf Hitler (1889-1945), Al Capone (1899-1947) or Ted Bundy (1946-1990). THANK GOD FOR THE BLOOD OF JESUS!!!

Please beware of Ray Comfort's partial faith in Christ PLUS works counterfeit plan of salvation. Jesus has already paid your debt of sin dear friend, and He doesn't need your help to reform yourself of sin to get to Heaven. The very idea is preposterous!

Salvation is not a reward for the righteous, it is a gift for the guilty!

The true Gospel always points you to CHRIST; a false gospel always points to YOU.

Salvation is not doing your best, it is having Christ's best put to your account through receiving Him by faith.

Turning away from sinful ways would be a work. Faith puts all of the merit where it belongs, on the object of our faith, Jesus and His work.

If to “repent” means to forsake our sinful ways TO BE SAVED, but Jesus already paid for our sins by dying on the cross, then what are we repenting from?

A Correct Interpretation of Matthew 7:21-23

Matthew 7:21-23, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

The correct interpretation of Matthew 7:21-23 is that trusting anything more than Jesus alone (i.e., relying upon what He did through Calvary's cross to save you) cannot produce the new birth which is required to enter into God's Kingdom. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” The will of God the Father concerning getting saved is that you BELIEVE ON JESUS!!! That's it, that's all, no more.

Sadly, Ray Comfort says that MORE is required. According to Ray you must live a lifestyle of repentance. Please don't take my word for it, read for yourself what Mr. Comfort horribly teaches this woman in this transcript from Living Waters:

“So if the plane goes down, you'd end up in Hell! There are two things you have to do to be saved. Do you remember what they are? I told you what they are—You've got to repent and trust the Savior! ... God's offering you everlasting life upon your repentance and faith in Christ. Who in his right mind wouldn't say, 'Whoa! That's a good offer!' (The curious woman asks what it means to “repent”?)... Have you ever said you're sorry to someone you did something wrong to? That's all repentance is—You've sinned against God; it's a matter of saying, 'God, I'm sorry,' and then LIVING A LIFESTYLE that proves the reality of your repentance. That's what repentance is, it's a continual thing! God, 'I'm sorry, but I'm not going going to lie or steal or blaspheme Your name ever again. It has that attitude! And the second thing—trust in Jesus!” [emphasis added]

Dear reader, I triple-dog dare you to show me even one verse from the Holy Bible that teaches that “LIVING A LIFESTYLE” is required as part of being saved. You cannot! Now my friend, “a double-dog dare” is serious business, but a triple-dog dare is something you don't want to mess around with! I triple-dog dare you to show me even one Bible verse that agrees with these false statements by Ray Comfort.

The Gospel of John is God's Gospel track. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” PLEASE DON'T MISS THAT! God authored the Gospel of John specifically so “that believing ye might have life through his name.” That means we don't need any other Scripture than what is found in the Gospel of John to be saved. Where in the Gospel of John are we taught that, “LIVING A LIFESTYLE,” is necessary to receive eternal life? You cannot! Mr. Comfort is a bold-faced theological liar! Ray is ADDING to the Gospel, perverting it! This means Mr. Comfort is accursed by God. Galatians 1:9, “As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” I didn't say that, almighty God did!

Furthermore, where in the Gospel of John are we taught that to be saved, we must have a drastic change of attitude that is resolved to reform? Ray errantly says to be saved we must have the new attitude, “GOD, I'M SORRY, BUT I'M NOT GOING TO LIE OR STEAL OR BLASPHEME YOUR NAME EVER AGAIN!” And then he horribly says, “IT'S A CONTINUAL THING!” None of this is biblical! There is absolutely nothing in the Gospel of John about having a sincere desire to reform our ways, clean up our life of sin, turn over a new leaf, do better, forsake the world, turn away from sins, nor any other garbage that false prophets are teaching nowadays in churches, poisoning people with their lies!

Jesus wasn't teaching in Matthew 7:21-23 that you're not saved if you haven't reformed your life! The dear Savior is simply saying that you cannot get into heaven SOME OTHER WAY! John 10:1, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.” Kindly said, Ray Comfort is a thief and a robber! Why? It is because instead of simply walking through the DOOR of Jesus (John 10:9), he is trying to climb up some other way into Heaven by turning away from living a lifestyle of sinning, which is WORKS and not GRACE (Romans 4:4; 11:6). Faith is the only righteous thing that I can do.
