I Don't Want To Grow Thicker Skin

Ephesians 4:29-32, “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Thinking back over my life, I can remember numerous occasions where carnally-minded people told me: “Stewart, you need to grow thicker skin!” They said that to me because I am a sensitive person. But I make no apologies for who God made me. I like being sensitive. If I weren't sensitive, right doctrine wouldn't matter to me. If I weren't sensitive, people would matter as much to me. I care because God cares. If you walk with God you WILL care about people, doctrine, little things and the small details of everything. God is a caring God!!!

I wonder about people who advise others to “grow thicker skin,” wanting them to become harder, tougher emotionally, more calloused and INSENSTIVE to the world around them. No thank you, I like being sensitive! I want to be in the moment, present, awake to righteousness, paying attention to the details. Folks, that is exactly what is wrong with pastors today like Jeff Redlin, Timothy Zacharias, Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, Gary Walton and Chuck Phelps—they have grown thicker skin and truth doesn't matter to them anymore, money does. People don't matter to them anymore. Oh sure, they'll say that people matter, because it would make them look bad and expose them if they told the truth, but their behavior and words (and disturbing lack thereof) evidences that people and truth really aren't important to them.

There is something wrong with a pastor or religious leader who is okay with using dozens of different Bible revisions. Which Bible we use matters! There is something woefully wrong with today's apostate clergy who are okay with the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation, the Devil's lie of wrong repentance (aka, the turn from your sin garbage to be saved) and the Devil's corrupt bible versions. Somebody has got to care! Well, I do care.

Something is wrong with Pastor Sean Quinlan from the Pensacola Christian College (PCC) camp, who in 2018 wrongly accused me of being obsessed over the Bible.” Something is wrong with the shameful pastors of the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, who in 2017 called Dr. Jack Hyles, Pastor Al Lacy and me a cult” for exposing the Devil's modern Bible perversions. Something is very wrong with Pastor Jeff Redlin of Campus Church at PCC, who in 2021 wrongly accused me of finding weaknesses in ungodly infidel pastors who preach Lordship Salvation. Today's preachers are pathetic!!!

It is high time for America's churches to fire their rotten apple pastors, and bring in humble men who love the truth, love hurting sinners and aren't too proud and haughty to change. It is time for a big change folks! WE NEED A SPIRITUAL REVIVAL in this nation! It is way past the time to clean house in the churches, to remove the dead branches and make way for the new. The churches need to be purged of the old dead pastors who refuse to heed THE TRUTH. Pastor Jeff Redlin berated and mistreated me for being a truth-teller. SHAME on Campus Church and Pensacola Christian College for allowing him to continue abusing people.

When I told Jeff Redlin that I was divorced for 16 years, hurting from loneliness and someday I longed to find a woman to remarry, he again berated me, actually scolding me for looking for a wife at Campus Church. That is not a genuine man of God, that is a horrible phony! Any godly pastor would have discerned my pain and shew some empathy, offering to pray with me over the matter. Jeff Redlin is an academic, not a man of God. He has no business leading people of any group size. It saddens me to know that thousands of PCC students will end up influenced by Mr. Redlin, growing THICKER SKIN like him, so that hurting redeemed sinners like me are made to feel like garbage when they attend Campus Church.

I humbly asked Pastor Redlin for an apology, for mistreating me as a divorced person, and for mistreating me for faithfully contending for the Christian faith, to which he refused and I never heard from him again. What a wicked person! In a word, Jeff Redlin is sinfully arrogant. God will judge between me and him (Romans 3:2). I have told THE TRUTH about the corrupt Bob Jones University crowd. Jeff Redlin sinfully bids them Godspeed (2nd John 1:11). The issue is not about me dear reader, it is about how pastors treat people. The issue is about the truth. The issue is about right doctrine. I am sick and tired of being insulted, mistreated, shunned, ostracized, slandered and hated by pastors for TELLING THE TRUTH. Go figure!

So, no, I don't want to grow thicker skin, ever. I like being sensitive. Some people might even call me oversensitive, but the truth is that they are INSENSITIVE!!! The Bible says that the Lord was not in the fire, the strong wind or the earthquake, He was just a small voice. ...

1st Kings 19:11-13, “And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD.  And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave.  And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?

Dear friend, you won't find God in the strong wind of Campus Church, nor the strange fire of the Charismatic movement, nor in the earthquake of New Evangelicalism; but you will find God in the still, small, quite Voice of the Word of God. Luke 16:31, “And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. God doesn't speak to people through Franklin Graham's pro-Catholic heathen crusades. God doesn't speak today through milquetoast puppets like Jeff Redlin, who sinfully bids Godspeed to the Calvinist and Alexandrian cult at Bob Jones University. God speaks through humble nobody's like me, who faithfully preach THE INSPIRED WORD OF GOD!!! No man can be used of God who refuses to humble himself to the Scriptures!

We've got a bunch of theological liars in the churches today. The accursed Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) presently has 45,000 member churches, all of which subscribe to the demonic lie that you must “repent of your sin with all your heart if you want to get to Heaven. No such teaching is found in the inspired King James Bible. So what the Devil's crowd has done is re-write the Bible to fit their ungodly corrupt theology. All of the new bibles say that you must turn away from living in sin to get to Heaven. But the Bible doesn't really say that.

For example: Consider Mark 1:15 in the Devil's Easy-To-Read Version (ERV)...

The Greek word for “repent” in Mark 1:15 in the King James Bible is metanoeo, which means, “to think differently.” This is the verb form of the word. The noun form is metanoia (“a change of mind”). Repentance is a simple change of mind. It DOESN'T mean to “change your hearts and lives,” which is what the corrupt ERV says!!! . . .
KING JAMES BIBLE (KJB) — Mark 1:15, “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” [emphasis added]

EASY-TO-READ VERSION (ERV) — Mark 1:15, “He said, “The right time is now here. God’s kingdom is very near. Change your hearts and lives, and believe the Good News!” [emphasis added]
WICKEDNESS!!! That is wrong, wrong, wrong! Repentance is “a change of mind,” not “a change of heart and life.” You cannot show me anywhere in the Bible that says to “turn from sin” or “repent from sin” to be saved. Acts 20:21 speaks of “repentance toward God,” not from sin. 2nd Timothy 2:25 speaks of “repentance to the acknowledgment of the truth,” not from sin. We are saved by BELIEVING, not repenting. Yes, repentance is necessary for salvation, but to “repent” simply means to change your mind, acknowledging THE TRUTH that you are a lost sinner, so that you will believe the Gospel (Galatians 3:24-26).

I like my sensitive thin skin! I don't want to become hard, uncaring, calloused and insensitive like Pastor Jeff Redlin, Timothy Zacharias, Sean Quinlan, Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, Chuck Phelps, Joe Hansen, Jared Baldwin, Gary Walton, John MacArthur and other wicked pastors today who are destroying the work of God by their coldness, indifference and incompetence! Someday say, “Amen!

I Am A VOICE!

John 15:1-8 Is Not Talking About Losing Salvation

John 15:1-8, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

Someone asked me recently about something taught in a Bible study they attended. The person teaching said that Jesus was teaching that salvation can be lost in John 15:1-8. That is simply not true dear reader, as I will explain to you in this blog.

First, in the Gospel of John we find the word “believe” mentioned 88 times. But in John chapter 15 we don't find the word “believe” mentioned even once. That is because Jesus is not talking about salvation here, He is talking about discipleship.

Second, the blessed Savior confirms this truth in John 15:8, “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. The Lord even mentions the word “disciples” in this beautiful passage of Scripture. One can become a child of God without being a disciple. Jesus said in John 3:7, “Ye must be born again.

The following excellent information by Pastor Hank Lindstrom (1940-2008) is from the helpful Christian website, Get God's Gift...
THE INCOMPATIBILITY OF THE LORDSHIP GOSPEL WITH THE GOSPEL OF GRACE
"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." ~Galatians 1:8-9
The importance of this question can't be overestimated in relation to both salvation and sanctification. The message of faith only and the message of commitment of life can't both be the gospel; therefore, one of them is a false gospel and come under the curse of perverting the gospel or preaching another gospel.
"It is an inexcusable error to confront sinners with problems that concern the Christian life and call upon them to make promises regarding them. An unsaved person is never called upon to surrender himself to God. The saving act is in no instance represented as our 'giving ourselves to God'; it is, on the contrary, taking His Son as our Savior." ~Charles Ryrie, Balancing the Christian Life; Moody Press, Inc., 1969 (p. 170)
"The second approach finds faith in the gospel alone an 'easy Believism' and seeks to add something to faith in order to accomplish salvation. To repent is to 'change one's mind,' and to believe is to remove one's trust from that in which it has rested and place it in Christ." ~William Howard, "Is Faith Enough to Save?"; Bibliotheca Sacra, January-March, 1942 (p. 99)
"This kind of faith is not 'easy believism'. It is not easy to say, 'I can't save myself, I must recognize that there is something wrong with me, and I must seek help from someone else.'" ~Philip H. Hook, "A Biblical Definition of Saving Faith"; Bibliotheca Sacra, April-June, 1964 (p. 133, 138)
"Eternal life is free. Discipleship is immeasurably hard. The former is attained by faith alone, the latter by a faith that works... the former brings with it the righteousness of God so that a man is 'justified freely by his grace' (Romans 3:24). The latter develops a personal righteousness, based on good deeds, so that a man was also 'justified by works' (James 2:24). The former constituted the believer God's workmanship, the latter fulfilled the wonderful purpose for which he had been created. The former cost man nothing, the latter could cost him everything, including life itself." ~Zane C. Hodges, The Hungry Inherit; Moody Press, Inc., 1972 (p. 114, 115)
"There is a vast difference between coming to Jesus for salvation and coming after Jesus for service. Coming to Christ makes one a believer, while coming after Christ makes one a disciple. All believers are not disciples. To become a believer one accepts the invitation of the Gospel, to be a disciple one obeys the challenge to a life of dedicated service and separation. Salvation comes through the sacrifice of Christ; discipleship comes only by sacrifice of self and surrender to His call for devoted service. Salvation is free, but discipleship involves paying the price of a separated walk. Salvation can't be lost because it depends upon God's faithfulness, but discipleship can be lost because it depends upon our faithfulness." ~Pastor M.R. DeHaan, Hebrews; Zondervan Publishing House, 1959 (p. 117)
"For the unregenerate man, repentance is the change of mind whereby he turns from unbelief to faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ." ~Roger Post, "The Meanings of the Words Translated 'Repent' and 'Repentance' in the New Testament"; Master's Thesis, Wheaton College, June 1972 (p. 80)

"There are those who, in their zeal to get people to turn from their sinful ways and receive the Lord, almost put repentance on a par with believing... Repentance, as it relates to Christ, means to change our minds about Him, who He is and what He's done to provide forgiveness and deliverance from our sins. When we place faith in Jesus as having taken our place personally on the cross and borne the penalty due our sins, then we're automatically repenting, because we couldn't accept Him in this way without having had to change our minds in some way concerning Him." ~Hal Lindsey, The Liberation of Planet Earth; Zondervan Publishing House, 1974 (p. 136, 137)

"Discipleship is frequently equated with salvation and often erroneously made a condition for becoming a Christian." ~Dwight J. Pentecost, Design for Discipleship; Zondervan Publishing House, 1971 (p. 11)

"Certainly discipleship is a most important aspect of our relation to Christ, but it belongs to the sphere of Christian life rather than entrance upon that life... One does not become a disciple in order to become a Christian, but because he has become a Christian by faith in the Savior, it is fitting that he embark upon a life of discipleship." ~Everett F. Harrison, "Must Christ be Lord to Be Savior?-No."; Eternity, September 1959 (p. 14).

"There is no more piously subtle abrogation of the Gospel than to tell a Sinner that he must not only believe in the Savior, but dedicate himself to do God's will, crown the Savior Lord of his life, etc., etc. Obviously, dedication and service are highly desirable, but they are the privilege and the duty of the saved, never a condition of salvation for the unsaved (cf. Romans 12:1, 2)." ~Merrill F. Unger, God is Waiting to Meet You; Moody Press, 1975 (p. 117, 118)

"People are sometimes led to believe that there is saving value in some public confession of Christ, or profession of a decision. "With the heart man believeth unto righteousness." This is salvation. "With the mouth confession is made unto salvation." This is the voice of the newborn child speaking to and of its father. The only condition on which one may be saved is to believe." ~Lewis Sperry Chafer, Salvation; Dunham Publishing Company, 1917 (p. 46)

SUMMARY
Lordship salvation is where someone teaches that there must be a commitment to Christ as Lord of one's life in order to be saved. Recently there has been a modification of this position to say that willingness to be controlled by the Lord at the time of salvation is all that is required in addition to faith in order to be saved. The message of faith only and the message of faith plus commitment of life can't both be the gospel; therefore, one of them is a FALSE GOSPEL and comes under the curse of perverting the gospel or preaching another gospel. Galatians 1:8-9 says, "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you, than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that you have received, let him be accursed." If only committed people are saved people, then where is there room for carnal Christians? What kind of dedication must be preached to people, if in order to be saved, they have already dedicated their lives to the Lord?

Where do you stop if you start adding something else to this which is the gospel revealed in the Bible? Look at what God says about adding to the revelation of Jesus Christ (gospel), "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book (Revelation 22:18)." The Bible plainly declares that we are saved by faith, and not by works. Where does it say this? Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast." What are you trusting in to get you to heaven?

* Written by Dr. Hank Lindstrom

The moment you put your trust in Jesus Christ, God who can read your mind knows, saves YOU and gives you the Gift of God, eternal Life.

You do not need anyone to pray over you, or pray for you, because this is between you and God in heaven. Because of your new trust in the shed blood of Jesus Christ you are now a child of God. Before you trusted in Jesus, God was your creator but now and forevermore he will be your father.

You are saved in a moment of time, because you are trusting in the true Savior now, not working your way to heaven day by day which is not even possible.

Once saved you can never be lost, for any reason. This is because you were born spiritually the moment you put your trust in Him. Just like your physical birth which brought you into this human world, your spiritual birth gave you a new spiritual life that is permanent. You were born-again, made righteous and holy in Gods eyes. In fact you have the righteousness of God himself, your are sinless and perfect in God's eyes now and that's why you can enter into a perfect heaven.

My favorite saying is:
God will not save anyone who is trying to be saved, He will only save those who are trusting to be saved.
You MUST put ALL your trust in Jesus to be saved, trust in the blood that He shed on the cross, trust that He is God in the flesh, trust that He made the complete payment for your sins, not just part; He paid for ALL of your sins (past, present, and future)! Trust that He rose again from the dead after 3 days and 3 nights, and in return for this trust, He gives YOU Eternal Life. All false Christians put part of their trust in Jesus and part of their trust the Church and part of their trust in themselves. If you put 99.99% trust in Jesus and 00.01% in something else, you will go to hell. It must be 100% trust in Jesus and what He did and 0% in you or your church! This information in critical... (grace always cancels works!) You are going to hell if it's by your works or you are going to heaven by Gods grace. It's as simple as that.

So I guess the question comes down to who are you trusting. Are you trusting yourself to get to heaven by being a good person and giving lots of money to your church or are you trusting Jesus, the lamb of God, that was slain for the sins of the world to get you to heaven? You receive the Gift of God (Eternal Life) as soon as you stop trusting in yourself, your church, your synagogue, your mosque, your money, or any other works and put your trust in Him and Him ALONE, Jesus Christ, Yeshua, The King of Kings, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, the Alpha and Omega, the Mighty God.

False religions are everywhere and they will find you, the one true God and His plan of salvation must be found.

If all this makes sense to you and you would like to trust Jesus as your personal Savior right now then tell the Mighty God in Heaven of your decision to trust Jesus Christ as your only hope of heaven. Tell Him that you are no longer putting your trust in your actions, or your church, or your church membership, or in your money, or in your Rabbi, or in your synagogue or your Mosque but that you are putting all of your trust in Him and the shed blood of the cross to pay your sin debt. Thank Him for doing it for you! Thank Him for giving you the Gift of Eternal Life that He paid for with His life. There is no greater deed than that of laying down your life for another.

Will you trust Jesus as your Savior right now, the one who shed His precious blood on the cross of Calvary to pay for all your sins?

Sinners Prayer
Lord, I admit that I'm a sinner & I don't understand a whole lot about the bible, but I do believe that Jesus Christ died & paid for my sins in full, by His death & shed blood on the cross. I trust right now the He died for me, was buried & rose again from the dead and will live forever more. I trust Jesus Christ right now to save me, to be my savior, to forgive my sins & to give me the GIFT OF GOD Eternal Life. Amen

By reading this sinners prayer aloud, you are putting your trust in God and His plan of salvation. You are not saved by saying this prayer, you are saved the moment your mind made the switch from trusting in yourself to putting your COMPLETE TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST. That moment may have been five paragraphs up on this page or that moment may have been on another one of our pages. You will not feel any different, but you will be changed and changed for the better forever. Once you have trusted Jesus as your savior and received his gift of eternal life, this gift can NEVER be lost. You can NEVER go to hell for ANY reason. Your past, present and future sins were paid in full the moment you put your trust in Him. You are blameless and Holy in God's eyes now and FOREVER. If you have eternal life today what kind of life will you have in five years? ETERNAL! What kind of life will you have in ten years? ETERNAL!! What kind of life will you have in 50 years? ETERNAL!!! God does not give probationary life or temporary life, His gift is ETERNAL LIFE! Thanks be to GOD!

Why be good, now that I am assured of going to heaven? Because God's law of sowing and reaping still applies to you and me. You will reap what you sow. You will reap more than you sow and you will reap later than you sow. If you drink alcohol like a fish, you will reap a diseased liver. If you smoke like a chimney everyday, you will reap lung cancer. If you rob, murder, and steal you will reap a life in prison. You will reap what you sow. I guarantee it! Now that you are saved, when you do good things you WILL be rewarded here on earth and in Heaven. And when you do bad things you WILL lose rewards that God had planned on giving you here on earth and in Heaven. But you will NEVER lose your guarantee of going to heaven. That can never be lost for any reason!! You have God's word that your salvation can never be lost for any reason. You did not earn salvation and you do not work to keep salvation! Eternal Life, salvation, being born again, becoming a child of God, was, is, and always will be the GIFT OF GOD.

Remember: If your not saved forever... you are not saved!

Why is this true you might ask? Because if a person is not sure that they are saved TODAY / RIGHT NOW it means that they are still trying to be the savior! They can't be sure they are going to heaven because they don't know what sin's they may commit next week, next month or next year. We who have trusted in Jesus alone, can have comfort knowing that all our sins have been paid in full on the Cross of Calvary (past, present, and future sins). Jesus has already died for my sins so I don't need to pay for any sin I have or will commit in the future because Jesus already paid the price in full with His blood. So called Christians who say that you can lose your salvation because of suicide or murder or falling away from the church don't have a clue what the Bible says and clearly have not trusted Jesus ALONE!

Biblical Salvation is forsaking any other means of salvation but Christ and casting ourselves fully upon Him for eternal life.

The Gift of God, Eternal Life can never be lost once possessed for any reason. John 6:39, "And this is the Father's will which hath sent Me, that of all which He hath given Me I should LOSE NOTHING, but should raise it up again at the last day." You have God's promise that once you put your trust in Jesus you can never be lost for ANY reason whatsoever.

"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance” (Romans 11:29). Again, God is telling you that this Gift of God that you have just received is without repentance. He can never take His gift back for any reason, no matter how bad you get, or how bad your sins are it is not possible. God would have to cease to exist for that to happen because He cannot lie.

In John chapter 15, I believe Jesus is simply saying that believers who don't mature to win souls are rendered ineffective for God. Some Bible students make the mistake of assuming that the word fire here in John 15:6 means “hell,” but it does not. We know that this word cannot be referring to Hell, because it would violate other plain passages of Scripture. I really like what Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) said:
“A good rule to follow when interpreting the Bible is to never use an obscure passage to contradict a clear one.”

The entire Gospel of John teaches over and over again that we are saved by BELIEVING on Jesus Christ. For example: John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.It would be absurd to wrestle John 15:1-8 in a foolish attempt to teach that saints who don't go soulwinning lose God's gift of salvation. By the way, I knew instantly when I was told that someone taught this garbage that they are a Charismatic, Assemblies of God or Pentecostal of some sort.

All Charismatics preach three major heresies:

  1. They speak in demonic, jibber-jabber, unknown, tongues
  2. They believe that God's gift of salvation can be lost.
  3. They teach and practice divine healing on demand.

May I say, the inspired Holy Bible teaches in James 5:14-15 that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, if it is God's will to heal. There is no guarantee of divine healing. All faith-healers are frauds! Benny Hinn is a fake! Pat Robertson is a liar! Oral Roberts was a con man! Only the prayer of faith can heal the sick, and not some religious entertainment venue that bilks naïve victims out of hundreds of millions of dollars. The Bible calls such ill-gotten money “filthy lucre.

The following helpful chart is something that I put together, contrasting the miracle of tongues which happened on the Day of Pentecost in Acts chapter two; versus the carnal speaking in tongues which the Apostle Paul rebuked, which was going at the carnal church at Corinth in 1st Corinthians 14.

As we can see from the preceding comparison and contrast, the speaking in tongues going on today by Pastor Joseph Prince, Bill Hamon, Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyer, Oral Roberts and other Charismatic false prophets is of the Devil. ALL public speaking in unknown tongues done today is witchcraft!!! The Biblical miracle of tongues was ALWAYS for soulwinning, so that lost people could hear the Gospel to be saved.

In John 15:1-8, Jesus is simply saying that a believer who does not mature to bear fruit is as a useless branch that is gathered by men and burned. Jesus didn't say that this is about Hell. Jesus didn't call this a parable, so we must not assume that it is. This is NOT a parable! Jesus didn't say that backslidden or immature believers are cast into Hell. Jesus said in John 15:6, “If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.” Carefully notice that Jesus said a man is cast forth “AS” a branch. The Lord is using a vine, branches and fire as an illustration, not a factual bad thing that will happen to you!

In 1st Peter 5:8 we read, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Is the Devil a literal lion? No. Does the Devil literally eat you like a hamburger? No. Does he devour you like a lion does his prey? No. The Devil renders you totally ineffective to serve God. Jesus called Peter, Satan. Was Peter literally Satan? No. So we see in John 15:1-8 that Jesus is the vine. He is not a literal vine! We are the branches. The Lord is using an illustration. This is not a parable. If we fail to mature in Christ to win souls (which is what the parable of The Sower And The Seeds is about in Luke 8:11-15), then we are useless to the cause of Christ. Jesus said in John 15:8 that only when we become soulwinners can we truly be His disciples. ...

Luke 8:15-16, “But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.

It would be very wrong to conclude that John 15:1-8 teaches salvation can be lost, when there is no indication whatsoever that this is the case. Not one verse in the Bible mentions any saint ever losing God's gift of eternal life. That speaks volumes! Beware of false prophets who wrest the inspired Word of God to their own destruction, and the destruction of those who follow them (2nd Peter 3:16-17). You simply cannot trust the theology of a Charismatic!!!

Hardly Anyone Cares About The Truth Today

2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.”

I get so frustrated seeing false prophets, infidels and church destroyers prospering, arrogantly smiling and bidding Godspeed to each other. I pray and long for God's judgment upon these wicked false teachers. I speak to the utter shame of false teachers like Marty Herron, Joe Hansen, Jared Baldwin, Steve Pettit, Jeff Redlin, Timothy Zacharias, Gary Walton, John MacArthur and other reprobates of the faith today.

I am sick and tired of being the only preacher who cares enough to speak up. Jeff Redlin of Campus Church at Pensacola Christian College is a shameful coward! Redlin sinfully bids Godspeed to the accursed Bob Jones University crowd. Redlin even scolded me for preaching against BJU, wrongly accusing me of finding weaknesses in preachers. What BJU is doing is not weakness, it is WICKEDNESS!!! Marty Herron is a wicked false teacher, who says that to get to Heaven you must turn away from a lifestyle of sinning. God will wipe that stupid smirk off Marty's face in eternity! Preaching another gospel is an unforgivable offense!!!

No one is going to Heaven who preaches a false gospel. According to the Bob Jones crowd today, faith is not enough to be saved. In addition, they falsely preach that you must repent and turn away from your sinning. They require TWO steps to be saved (repentance and faith). This is NOT the Gospel of free grace taught in the inspired King James Bible. Sadly, the truths that I am sharing with you are a laughing matter to the Bob Jones University camp. Look at the crap that Dr. Steve Pettit preaches at Bob Jones College.

When I attended the Lighthouse Baptist Church on Guam, their shameful pastor was Sean Quinlan. Not once did that sad little man ever offer to pray with me, nor did he in any way make me feel like he cared about me as a human being. Quinlan was a coward, sinfully calling Harvest Baptist Church on Guam “our sister church.” I sternly rebuked Pastor Quinlan, warning him that Harvest is a cesspool of Calvinism, Lordship Salvation and Devil's bibles. Quinlan shameful made excuses, saying that it is none of our business what they do at Harvest. Yet, Quinlan 100% bids harvest Godspeed!!! How convenient that Quinlan can support wickedness, but then claim ignorance because it's not his business. Woe! Woe unto Sean Quinlan and the wicked Pensacola Christian College (PCC) camp who support him financially.

PCC donated $25,000 to Lighthouse Baptist Church on Guam in 2018, so they can sinfully bid Godspeed to the God-cursed Harvest Baptist Church cult on Guam? What wickedness!!! I will never shut up. Marty Herron quit as pastor of Harvest in 2018 and fled in shame to Iowa, now the apostate vice president of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary. Yet, no one gives a damn! Chuck Phelps is an unsaved infidel, pastor of the Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis. Marty Herron regularly preaches for him. Phelps is on the board of directors at Bob Jones University. These wicked infidels are all working together to destroy New Testament churches with their poisonous perversion of the Gospel. Yet, where are the Bible preachers like me who expose them? I seen none.

I am disgusted with my Facebook “friends.” Every time that I post one of my blogs exposing Bob Jones University, no one agrees with me. I tell you, I am just about ready to get rid of Facebook and all the phony “friends” who don't care about the truth. Those are NOT my true friends. No one is a true friend of mine who doesn't give a damn about THE TRUTH. False prophets must be exposed!!! I care. Truth matters to me. RIGHT DOCTRINE MATTERS!!!

But at Campus Church and Pensacola Christian College, money is all that matters!!! They mistreated me when I attended there. Jeff Redlin as their senior pastor abused my kindness, made false allegations against me, and shamefully behaved himself as a darn fool. I wouldn't give you a penny for a lousy uncaring pastor like Jeff Redlin, who couldn't preach his way out of a paper bag. But like that devil Marty Herron, Jeff Redlin has money, popularity and is living large at the expense of Christianity, so they don't give a damn at all.

I know that God is proud of me for preaching THE TRUTH. Doing so has cost me my church membership. For 7 long and painful years, I was rejected and ostracized by the ungodly Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. Marty Herron and Gary Walton abused me as a human being, refusing to allow me to attend church because I TOLD THE TRUTH. My blood is upon their hands at Harvest. Sadly, the culprits got away with their evil deeds. There is absolutely nothing I can do, and those wicked evildoers know it, except pray night and day for God to avenge me (and He has promised to do so in Matthew 12:36, Romans 12:19 and Galatians 6:7). For 7 miserable years I had no church family because of Marty Herron and Gary Walton. I want to be avenged by God of their wickedness!!! I pray earnestly that it be so. These evil men have been warned and warned and warned, by myself and many others, about their damnable ways, but they refuse to repent of their false repentance, Lordship Salvation and Devil's corrupt bibles.

The cocky Lordship Salvation crowd have a false sense of security because they are so many in number. They have infidel Billy Graham on their side. They have the apostate Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) on their side. All of these ungodly groups and individuals errantly preach that faith is not enough to be saved, but also, they say you must repent and turn away from your sins to go to Heaven. They are LIARS!!! They are of the Devil.

Everywhere I turn nowadays, all I see are nonchalant believers who don't care about anything. I meet pastor after pastor, who are indifferent and unexcited about truth or falsehoods. In most churches I visit, I hear the pastor(s) bragging on infidel Billy Graham, or inviting corrupt music groups into their churches that teach Lordship Salvation. It is WRONG!!! The Gospel has been perverted in over 95% of churches today.

If you love the Lord, then you ought to help me speak up for God and expose heresy and false teachers (Titus 1:10-14; Psalms 94:16) Bob Jones University (BJU) and their rotten graduates will never repent of their falsehoods as long as fools like Pensacola Christian College (PCC) continue to sinfully bid them Godspeed. 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” SHAME on Jeff Redlin and company!!! Instead of commending me as the Lord does for my faithful ministry, Pastor Redlin foolishly rebuked me for preaching against the wicked Lordship Salvation preaching Bob Jones crowd. Today's pastors are truly pathetic!!! I don't know about you friend, but I am on the side of THE TRUTH!!!

Pastor Marty Herron Doesn't Understand The Gospel

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

One of the saddest things is the false gospel being preached today by the Bob Jones University (BJU) crowd. The college opened its doors in 1927, founded by Dr. Bob Jones Sr. (1883-1968). As far as I can tell from reading, Dr. Bob as they called him preached a free grace Gospel. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore, nor has it been for decades at BJU. The college has turned apostate, now preaching the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation.

I had the privilege of attending the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam for the entire year of 2014. It was a privilege because I made some wonderful friends there, whom I still love and cherish and miss, like Doug Abel's and his family, and Dave Morgan and Amy, and Cark and Peggy across the street from me (and their children Scott, Shane, Nelly-Mae and Katy-Joe). I do still miss them all!

Sadly, the church's shameful senior pastor from 1999 to 2018, Marty Herron, is an infidel of the faith, an imposter who is theologically incompetent and has no business standing behind any pulpit. In 2014 I sat among hundreds of church members and heard Pastor Herron make this heretical statement: “It is not enough to admit that you are a sinner to go to Heaven, you must also turn away from a lifestyle of sinning.” I felt numb in my soul. I went home and literally cried. I prayed to God, asking Him what I should do. I decided to continue attending, so that I could help them. With my own money I spent hundreds of dollars on hardcopies of books authored by fundamentalist preachers, which I personally handed to their pastors. The BOOKS I gave them included:
  1. I Never Knew You (Evangelist Michael P. Bowen)
  2. NIV: The Antichrist's Bible (Pastor Al Lacy)
  3. Somebody Has Got To Milk The Cows (Pastor Jack Hyles; this is the MP3 sermon)
  4. Martin Luther: Master Of Deceit (Pastor Max D. Younce)
One of the saddest things I have seen in my life, is the ungodly response from pastors when you literally place THE TRUTH into their hands. Tragically, the pastors of Harvest Baptist Church on Guam were greatly offended by the information (books) I had given them. I was officially berated, belittled and kicked out of their church for TELLING THE TRUTH. Those ungodly pastors falsely accused my of causing “confusion and divisiveness” in their church.

How is it that I caused confusion by upholding only the King James Bible, while their church uses and promotes DOZENS of different Bible versions? Who is causing confusion? They were already a house divided because of their incompetence, I just shined the light of truth upon their darkness and it offended them. I know God is on my side. Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

In case you don't already know, what Pastor Herron preaches (and the entire Bob Jones crowd nowadays) is the SAME false gospel preached by MormonsSeventh-Day AdventistsJehovah's Witnesses and Roman Catholics. Humbly said, as you can see, I have done my homework on these different cults and how they relate to proponents of Lordship Salvation. Lest I haven't convinced you yet, please consider that the deadly Mormon cult have made John MacArthur's book: “Faith Works,” official reading at Brigham Young University. They all foolishly try to put people under God's law to be saved, requiring that you keep the law to validate your faith. That is not the free grace Gospel preached in the Word of God.

I just wrote a blog refuting the heretical idea that faith must have works to be true faith. Our dear Savior said that faith itself is the only “work” which God allows for salvation:
John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”
The Bible is so clear and plain to understand to the honest person. Jesus plainly said that faith itself is the only work to be saved. And again, we read in Romans 4:5, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Then, please do not make the fatal error of somehow or another, adding works to faith! Since the very beginning of humanity, beginning with Adam, he sewed together some fig leaves in a wasted attempt to atone for his sins, and that of his wife Eve. Afterward, we see their offspring Cain, who offered God the best grains which his fields could produce. This also was a wasted attempt, trying to impress God with self-righteousness.

Marty Herron has been deceived by the subtle Devil. Read was the famous preacher George Whitefield (a devout Calvinist) said:
“Our salvation is all of God, from the beginning to the end; it is not of works, lest any man should boast; man has no hand in it.” ~Pastor George Whitefield (1714-1770)
Although that is true and sounds great theologically, now read what Mr. Whitefield said elsewhere.
In a sermon titled: “Repentance And Conversion,” Whitefield says:
It is a pity that modern preachers do not pay more attention to the method that the apostles followed in preaching Jesus Christ! The success and divine authority of their discourses should impress ministers of the gospel more than all modern schemes. If this were the case, ministers would first learn to sow and then to reap. They would endeavor to plow up the fallow ground and to prepare people for God’s blessings to rain down upon them.

This is the way Peter preached when under divine influence at Pentecost. Despite the fact that many of his listeners were educated, prominent people, he boldly charged them with murdering the Son of God. His piercing accusation entered deep into their conscience and was used by the Holy Spirit to give them a proper sense of themselves.

The apostle then let them know that, although their sin was great, it was not unpardonable. They had been part of the horrid crime of murdering the Lord of life, and had thereby incurred the penalty of eternal death. Yet there was mercy for them in the way prescribed: “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out” (Acts 3:19). ...

What is conversion then? In order to be truly converted, a man must become a new creature and be converted from his own righteousness to the righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ. Conviction will always precede spiritual conversion. You may be convicted without being converted, but you cannot be converted without being convicted.

True conversion means turning not only from sin but also from depending on self-made righteousness. Those who trust in their own righteousness for conversion hide behind their own good works. This is the reason that self-righteous people are so angry with gospel preachers, because the gospel does not spare those who will not submit to the righteousness of Jesus Christ! [emphasis mine]

SOURCE: George Whitefield, “Repentance And Conversion
The Devil is very subtle. As with many deceptions, Whitefield tells a HALF-TRUTH. It is true that a man must be convicted of his sin to be saved. It is also true that a man must repent (change his mind) from his own self-righteousness, and instead embrace God's imputed righteousness. Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.”

However, it is NOT true that a man must repent “of his sin” to be saved, in the sense that he must turn away from and forsake a lifestyle of sinning. The Bible never teaches that! Nowhere in the Scriptures do we find the phrase “of your sin” in relation to repentance. Yes, the Apostle Peter did preach to the Jews on the Day of Pentecost. Peter reminded them that they murdered their Messiah, but Peter never required them to forsake their sinful ways to be saved. The Gospel of John is God's Gospel tract according to John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. No mention is made in the Gospel of John about turning away from one's sinful ways to be saved.

I sincerely doubt if George Whitefield went to Heaven. How could he, when he added turning from sin to the grace of God? Eternal life is a free gift, which cannot be earned. I am tired of corrupt preachers saying that salvation is a gift, but then they insist you have to do works to get it. Whitefield was a proud Calvinist, who preached that to be saved you had to become a new creature. Kindly said, George had it backwards. You don't become a new creature to get saved; but rather, you get saved to become a new creature. All that God requires of a man to be saved is to BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (Acts 16:30-31). Sadly, these Calvinists are all going to Hell, because they preach another gospel (Galatians 1:6-9; 3:1-3).

The following horrible heretical quote is from Pastor Aiden W. Tozer (1897-1963)...

Pastor Aiden W. Tozer Is A False Prophet!

Where does the King James Bible teach that a person must forsake the world to be saved? It doesn't. John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Jesus did not tell these people to forsake their sinful behavior, He simply told them to BELIEBE ON HIM.

Forsaking one's sinful behavior is a matter of obedience to God as His child, and not involved with justification. You are the biological child of your earthly parent because they conceived you. It had absolutely NOTHING to do with you. Likewise, you had absolutely nothing to do with God saving your soul (John 1:12-13). The moment that you BELIEVE, God saves you, end of story. Nothing more is required than to simply BELIEVE that Jesus did it all for you! That is so easy and simply.

So why do wicked but sincere men make God's simple plan of salvation so complicated? I agree with Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995):
“But we've so muddied the Gospel, that when men want to make a decision to trust Christ, we've made it so complicated that they can't make a simple decision to 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.' We'll say, 'If you don't do this' or 'You don't do that' or 'You haven't done that,' you're not saved'; but the truth of the matter is that when asked in the Bible, 'Sirs, what must I do to be saved?,' one clear simple answer was given to him — 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.'” ~Pastor Curtis Hutson, “Things That Are Different Are Not The Same” (preached at Southwide Baptist Fellowship on October 3, 1994)
What about James chapter two? There is much confusing over what James taught. ...
Just hold the phone Joan,
Wait a minute...
Step on the brake Jake,
Watch where you're drivin' Ivan,
Wait a minute...
What saith the Scripture? ...
James 2:20-22, “But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.”
It is very clear that James was speaking about being justified in the sight of men, because he uses the phrases “shew me” and “shew thee.” James 2:18, “Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.” James wasn't speaking about shewing God our faith. In sharp contrast, the Apostle Paul in Romans speaks about being justified in the sight of God. ...

Romans 4:4-7, “Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

Salvation has always been by faith alone. Beware of the false teaching (popular with the Bob Jones camp) that we are saved by faith alone; but faith is not alone, it must produce works. By adhering to this blatant heresy, the Bob Jones crowd in reality are merging sanctification with justification. I love something that Pilgrim's Progress author John Bunyan said:

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” —John Bunyan (1628-1688)

I couldn't have said it better! I love Pastor Herron, sincerely, but he is WRONG on the Gospel. Sadly, Marty is leading thousands of people with him into the Lake of Fire. God does not make exceptions for anybody. God does not let anybody slide. If you don't go through faith alone in Jesus Christ, there is no other way of salvation (Acts 4:10-12). God's plan of salvation does not require that you turn away from sin, forsake the world, faithfully run the race, count the cost and pay the price, live a lifestyle of repentance, nor anything else.

Pastor Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951) made these wonderful helpful statements:
"Repentance is the very opposite of meritorious experience. It is the confession that one is utterly without merit, and if he is ever saved at all it can only be through the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ, 'who gave himself a ransom for all.' Here is firm footing for the soul who realizes that all self-effort is but sinking sand. Christ alone is the Rock of our salvation." ~Dr. Harry A. Ironside; Except Ye Repent, p. 36
Clearly, Ironside taught a Free Grace view of the Gospel:
“The Gospel is not a call to repentance, or to amendment of our ways, to make restitution for past sins, or to promise to do better in the future. These things are proper in their place, but they do not constitute the Gospel; for the Gospel is not good advice to be obeyed, it is good news to be believed. Do not make the mistake then of thinking that the Gospel is a call to duty or a call to reformation, a call to better your condition, to behave yourself in a more perfect way than you have been doing in the past …

Nor is the Gospel a demand that you give up the world, that you give up your sins, that you break off bad habits, and try to cultivate good ones. You may do all these things, and yet never believe the Gospel and consequently never be saved at all.” ~Dr. Harry A. Ironside, from the sermon: What Is The Gospel?
Read what Pastor Ironside said in his Gospel tract, ANOTHER GOSPEL? ...
"When anyone comes promising salvation to those ‘who make full surrender' of all that they have to God, and who 'pay the price of full salvation' he is preaching another gospel, for the price was paid on Calvary's cross and the work that saves is finished. It was Christ Jesus who made the full surrender when He yielded His life on Calvary that saves us, not our surrender in any way to Him." ~Dr. Harry A. Ironside, from the Gospel tract, Another Gospel.
Dear reader, the truth is so simple and easy to see, if you just let the inspired Holy Bible speak for itself. It's when you start listening to corrupt preachers, who add words to God's Word, that people become utterly confused. A false gospel cannot produce the new birth! I have often prayed for Marty Herron's salvation, and that of his family who follow his false faith, but the truth is ineffective upon a proud and arrogant heart. Marty Herron needs to get born-again, but he must first repent of his wrong repentance. 2nd Timothy 2:13, “
If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
